Designated Premises Supervisor

A Designated Premises Supervisor has all the legal and social responsibilities that go with being a Personal Licence holder, but also has a number of additional legal and social responsibilities as the person ultimately responsible for the lawful day-to-day running of premises.

People working within the licensed retail sector, particularly those working in pubs, clubs and bars that might come into contact with illegal drug users or drug dealers.

Underage Sales Prevention

Provide sales staff with the knowledge and skills they need to identify which products are age-restricted and why; what the age restrictions are in relation to each product; and how to identify underage customers and refuse service to them.
